After what feels like a lifetime, we couldn’t be happier to be now given the go-ahead to reopen our doors. We are so excited to be reunited with all of our lovely clients and begin booking in their treatments. However, as you can expect, we have had to put in place several safety precautions to protect both our clients and staff from COVID-19.
Our COVID-19 Guidelines
Before visiting our clinic, we ask all clients to take a read through our COVID-19 policy and follow the rules that we have implemented. These not only ensure that we are compliant with government guidelines, but also that the risk of spreading germs is kept at a minimum.
We Kindly Ask Clients To Do The Following:
- When you arrive at your appointment, please let us know and wait outside. We will no longer have a waiting room, so you will be collected when we are ready for you.
- Clients must wear a face mask for the duration of their appointment. If you do not have your own, one can be purchased upon arrival.
- Please attend your appointment alone and try not to bring any unnecessary items into the clinic, such as coats and bags.
- You will be asked to fill out a COVID-19 screening form.
If you show any of the following symptoms or have been in contact with someone suspected or diagnosed with COVID-19, please contact our team to reschedule your appointment:
- Loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
How We Will Be Protecting You:
Before you enter the clinic, your temperature will be checked by a member of our staff. Unfortunately, if you do have a high temperature, we will not be able to treat you. This is for the safety of those visiting our clinic, as well as our team, and we hope you understand.
Between appointments, we will be thoroughly disinfecting the clinic to ensure that we can maintain the highest level of hygiene. This may mean that your waiting time is slightly longer; however, this is imperative to minimise the spread of germs.
Hand sanitiser will be placed around the clinic, which you are free to use throughout your appointment. We will also be asking clients, if possible, to pay by contactless payment, but cash will still be accepted.
